Register

You must register to be able to order cards. Your address is used on the envelopes as a return address in the event of non delivery. We will not sell or pass any name, address or e-mail address to any third party unless legally obliged to.

Sign In

You must be registered and signed in to personalise your card.
 

Personalise your card

The cards can have a personal message on the left hand side of the inside of the card, provided the cover is not embossed. The number of character for the personal message will depend on the size of the card. Should you wish to save your message for another card, click on the 'Save Message' button. To retrieve a saved message click on the 'Use Saved Message' button.

The right hand side of the inside of the card has two areas for messages - one at the top of the card and one at the bottom. The bottom message, usually who it is from, can be saved for another card by clicking on the 'Save From Details' button.

The right hand area for blank cards cannot be saved.

The style of text, font and alignment can be selected from the drop down menus.

Cards that are of unusual shapes and cannot be automatically printed may be hand written.
 

Your Account

You must be signed in to access your account details. In 'Your Account' you can update your personal details, password and preferred currency.

You can also add or update addresses to your address book, and add or update annual reminders.

 

Request New Password

If you have forgotten your password please click here to request a new one to be emailed to you.

 

View Basket

Your basket will contain any cards in the process of being ordered. Once they are paid for, they will appear under your baskets history.

 

Problems with paying using a Credit or Debit Card without a PayPal account

If your Credit or Debit card is being rejected it may be for one of the following reasons:-

  • The format of the expiration date is entered incorrectly. The expiration date to be in the MMYY format. Using a four-digit year (MMYYYY) causes transactions to be declined by some banks because the expiration date is considered invalid. For example, 072004 will be interpreted as 0720 instead of 0704.
  • You have not entered the address exactly as shown on your Credit Card statement.
  • The ZIP / post code contains all zeros. Verify that the ZIP / post code does not contain all zeros, and then resubmit for processing.
  • The Card Security Code (CSC / CVV2) does not match. Some processors or card-issuing banks will do a flat decline of the transaction if the Card Security Code (CSC / CVV2) is sent but does not match.
